Prior my initial contact with Fusion Motors Limited, Grays, Essex, I was, in all honesty, a little apprehensive dealing with a "˜non-main' car dealership. In the past 25 years, I have enjoyed a number of new/near new high-end luxury brand motors, such as JLR, Mercedes Benz, Jeep, etc.; however, now retired, and in these days of high petrol/diesel prices, purchased a modest but spacious Citroen Grand Picasso II.
Having scoured the on-line websites such as Autotrader, Carguru, etc; I telephoned Fusion Motors, talked with Darren Pulham, Sales Manager making an appointment to view the vehicle. Darren explained the vehicle still needed to undergo sales preparation, which I acknowledged. Upon meeting Dan, it quickly became apparent that he, like me, was a passionate car enthusiast.
This allowed for a clear ethos of honesty and integrity in the discussion on the work needed to be carried out to bring the vehicle to acceptable standard to purchase.

Dan's knowledge, professional 'non-hard sell' approach and willingness to address any issue raised concerning the vehicle, supported by his colleague Doug, exuded in my confidence to negotiate a no-nonsense cash purchase deal, which we completed following a few days discussion; to my satisfaction.
In conclusion and in my opinion, Fusion Motors is not your usual used car (second-hand) dealership; most importantly Darren is a "˜Man true to his word' who cares for clients with their aftersales service as well; and can only be considered as a first-class customer service provider.

Amazing customer service. Very honest and very prompt with their dealings. I'm actually in the car trade myself but I found a car with this dealership that matched the specifications I was after in that particular model. Jay and his team epitomise how customer service should be. I can not fault anything about the service we received. From the moment we arrived (and we were a little apprehensive on the location), the service was relaxed and we didn't once feel under pressure to make a sale. We were given as much time as we wanted to look over the car and offered the keys to take a test drive on our own. On close inspection, there were a number of things that needed attention on the car and all of these, plus some we hadn't noticed, were offered to be put right, without any fuss or question. We were kept up to date on the progress and were even sent videos of the repairs being carried out. The car developed a fault after being collected and this was immediately seen to and repaired by the excellent back up garage team, without any cost to us. We were even offered a loan car while the repair was completed. I would have no hesitation in returning to Fusion when we decide on our next car and also in recommending their services.

Good place to go if you looking for great value and exceptional service. As a female entering the car showroom world can be quite a daunting experience. I came across this dealer via the web as I had seen a car that I really liked and needed reassurance this was who I wanted to buy my car from. I did my research into the company before visiting and after being satisfied myself they were a reputable dealer, i made contact.I found the consistency of dealing with the same person helpful without having to repeat myself as you do in some garages about your budget, requirements etc. I attended for a test drive, and felt very ease at Fusion Motors. Jay was very straight talking, helpful with no hard sales lines which I really appreciated and respected. I decided to buy the car. I paid the reservation fees online. Car was well prepared and ready for the test drive. Every single staff greeted me well and I drove away the vehicle same day .

Communication throughout with all financial aspects seamless. Waleed arranged the walkover videos for me and explained me all features in detail. He ran through finance application directly and got me approved through a prime lender within 20 mins. I was forwarded with inspection video and delivery was arranged within 3 days. When I received the car, I was so glad to drive the vehicle. Even though car is 6 years old but drives soundless. Overall a great experience. These guys give you more than enough time to look over the car, no problems with giving the cars a good test drive. Possibly the best dealership I've visited. No BS, heres the car, this is the price, if you aren't happy with something it gets resolved asap! What more can you ask for from a motor trader. I think the bad reviewers expect too much. Its quite simple with these guys. Any problems they will sort it.

we found fusion motors online, we booked to go look at the car , went down there and the staff was so helpful from the beginning, the car was ready for us to look at and test drive we was very happy, within an hour we had done all payments and was ready to go, the staff showed us some minor imperfections on the bodywork, and they said they would get in sprayed and fixed, from then onwards the experience we had was above and beyond we had updates everyday with videos and photos of the progress , when we went to pick the car up it was fully valeted all ready for us, I can not fault the guys there they was absolutely amazing, have recommended to all friends and family, the only negative is we didn't use them sooner.

After I had seen the car on line that I was interested in buying, we drove to Fusion Motors to see it, and were totally delighted at how lovely the car was. Beautifully presented, and in lovely condition!!! Went for a test drive, and loved it straight away!! Decided there and then to buy the car, with a part exchange of my old car.
